Our personal approach is resident-centered which allows us to meet your needs through many levels of care and Personal Care programs. Our Fleetwood Campus offers Independent Living and Personal Care. Our Douglassville Campus offers Independent Living, Personal Care and a secured Memory Care Neighborhood. The month-to-month lease includes meals, housekeeping, activities, utilities and transportation to local appointments, social events and outings. There are no buy-in fees or hidden costs.
